I've built my career at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading marketing, partnerships, and operations across agencies, startups, and the hospitality/CPG sectors.
Most recently, I built and led an investor-backed wine company to over 1,000 retail doors and raised over $ 1.5 M in angel investment.
Now exited, grateful for the lessons, proud of what we built, and ready to bring everything I learned into helping other founders scale with clarity and structure.

2014
The EVENT PLANNER
I started in creating experience, running events, selling sponsorships, building activations, and managing the moving parts behind community-driven brands.
2018
In-house
I moved into agency + in-house growth, where I learned how to turn creative into performance—and performance into process. I’ve led teams, refreshed brands, improved workflows, and helped produce high-volume assets and campaigns at scale.
2020
The Founder Chapter
I founded and led Mom Juice + KT Winery Inc., a modern wine brand built for community. During my time there, we expanded into 1,000+ stores across multiple states, built relationships with major retailers (including Target, Safeway, and Total Wine), earned national press, and raised $1.5M+ in angel investment.
2025
Today — Your Turn
I exited my startup. Now I help founders and small teams build brands that sell—and the operations that keep them selling. Retail readiness, product + positioning, partnerships, marketing strategy, and the unsexy systems that make growth sustainable.
